1. No Refunds Once Work Is Accepted Pixel Pro Design Co., LLC does not offer refunds once any portion of work has been approved, delivered, used, or accepted in any form. Work is also considered fully accepted when Pixel Pro Design Co., LLC has performed any on-location session, including—but not limited to—photo shoots, video shoots, drone work, consultations, or meetings requiring travel or on-site labor. Acceptance includes: •Written or verbal approval •Downloading or using delivered files •Posting, publishing, or distributing assets •Attending or completing any on-site session •Failure to request revisions within the allowed timeframe Once accepted, no refunds—partial or full—will be issued under any circumstance. ⸻ 2. Scope of Work Is Restricted to What Is Listed Pixel Pro Design Co., LLC is responsible only for the work explicitly listed in the agreed-upon invoice or project outline. Any expectation, feature, deliverable, or task not listed is considered out-of-scope. ⸻ 3. Additional Work Requires Prior Written Approval Any out-of-scope request requires: 1.A written request from the client 2.Review and approval by Pixel Pro Design Co., LLC 3.A written quote specifying the exact cost 4.Written acceptance from the client 5.Payment (if required) before work begins No verbal agreements, implied expectations, or assumptions will be honored as binding. ⸻ 4. All Payments Are Non-Refundable All payments—including deposits, retainers, milestone payments, subscriptions, and rush fees—are non-refundable. Deposits secure time, scheduling, preparation, and project allocation and cannot be refunded under any circumstance. ⸻ 5. Client Responsibility to Review Deliverables (21+ Days) Clients have up to 21 days from the date of delivery to request revisions, unless otherwise stated in writing. If a project inherently requires a longer window, Pixel Pro Design Co., LLC may extend this period at its discretion. Failure to communicate within this timeframe will be considered acceptance of the delivered work, and no refunds or complimentary revisions will be provided. ⸻ 6. Revisions The number of included revisions will be clearly stated in the project details. Any revisions beyond the included amount will be billed separately at Pixel Pro Design Co.’s standard rate. ⸻ 7. Subjective Preferences Are Not Grounds for Refunds Design, branding, and creative work are subjective. We do not offer refunds based on changes of preference, disagreements with artistic style, or a shift in project direction after work has begun or been delivered according to the agreed scope. ⸻ 8. Digital File Delivery & Ownership Once Pixel Pro Design Co., LLC delivers any digital files—whether via email, download link, cloud drive, or website upload—those files are considered delivered and accepted unless revisions are requested within the 21-day window. Ownership and licensing terms will follow the general service agreement or written communication with the client. Refunds are not available once any files have been delivered. ⸻ 9. Client-Initiated Project Termination If a client chooses to terminate a project early: •All payments made remain non-refundable •Pixel Pro Design Co., LLC retains ownership of all incomplete work •Final deliverables will not be released until any outstanding balances are paid in full ⸻ 10. Chargebacks & Disputes Any attempt to issue a chargeback after work has been completed, accepted, or used is considered fraudulent.
